Your pallet will be traveling from Beitenbrunn, Austria, tasting the Hopler wines with Christof Höpler. Then your pallet will be traveling to Rhone, France to taste the French wines of Château Beauchênehene with Frederic Sureau.
Join Christof Höpler, Frederic Sureau, and, the PINE Executive Chef Adam Parker as they present a delectable Six Course dinner of iconic wines from Austria and France paired with Chef Parker’s take on local, regional, and international ingredients to bring you a memorable experience. Christof and Frederic will discuss their exploration of the wine industry and proudly present their wines from Austria and France.
