New Hampshire Wine Week 2023

Whether you’re new to wine, an expert, or anywhere in between, New Hampshire Wine Week offers opportunities not to be missed. For a full week each year, Napa Valley comes to New Hampshire, bringing wine industry giants, educational seminars, hundreds of varietals, gourmet food and more. It all revolves around northern New England’s largest wine event – the New England Wine Spectacular to benefit NH Food Bank on June 15th.

THE 18TH ANNUAL NEW ENGLAND WINE SPECTACULAR

The New England Wine Spectacular, the premier event of New Hampshire Wine Week is New England’s largest showcase of wine! This amazing event that benefits the New Hampshire Food Bank features over 1,700 wines–paired with a variety of delicious food from some of the best restaurants from around New Hampshire.

Join us and sample some of the world’s top wine brands – all in one place! You’ll have access to exclusive suites, meet and greets with winemakers,  and learn more about food and wine pairings. The New England Wine Spectacular also features the VIP Tasting Room where you’ll get to sample high-end wines along with delectable bites.

An Italian Food & Wine Tasting

Come along for an Italian food and wine adventure featuring Banfi wines and four courses of perfectly paired cuisine. Join Cristina Mariani-May, President and CEO of Banfi, along with award-winning chef, Ed Aloise. Hosted by The Manchester Country Club and their chef, Dan Henry.

WINE DINNER MENU
The menu will focus on recipes used in both Republic and Campo Enoteca that were influenced on trips to Tuscany as well as research into its culinary traditions.

COURSE 1
Bottle braised cannellini beans, herb & Parmesan seared polenta, Vesuvius tomatoes, charred tomato vinaigrette, toasted pine nuts. (Rosso di Montalcino- Chardonnay )

COURSE 2
Cannelloni: Local mushroom with cognac, toasted chestnuts, sage, house made ricotta, ramp pesto crema ( ( Gave – Rose)

COURSE 3
Seared Locally landed swordfish, roast pepper risotto cake, Venetian Soar, basil infused oil (Toscana – Vermentino)

COURSE 4
Overnight braised Cinghiale, Calabrian potatoes with garlic escarole and chili, smoked radicchio and frisée salad, Demi glaze (Barolo)

DESSERT
Olive oil cake, rosemary orange glaze ( Sparkling Red wine )
